THIS book evolved out of our looking after my partner’s father who has Alzheimers. Eating became more and more important for him. And soup was an optimum vehicle. Also to my surprise the soup cannon needed updating in a practical sense that I did not want to fall back on stocks and broth but wanted something integrated and that could evolve so one recipe changed through the week. An covered meat and bones, vegetables fish et al. The photography is by the brilliant TomRegester.com
